Every year it never fails to get asked what’s on your Christmas list and 99% of the time it’s “idk”. But I’m here to help!! Throughout the year I have listed beneficial products that would make great gifts to help set yourself up to becoming the best version of you for the upcoming year!

Red Light Therapy

Red light therapy is becoming very popular and has an upbringing to all the health benefits it provides. Some benefits of red light therapy includes decreasing inflammation in the skin, stimulates slow healing wounds, rejuvenate facial skin and smooths skin tones – building collagen in the skin to reduce wrinkles, repair sun damage, reduce eczema, rosacea, acne, better immune function. The list goes on and on. Adding red light to your routine by standing infront of it for just 5 minutes a day can “feed” your cells and increase energy. There are many studies from individuals who use it for various reasons. Ninja Creami

All over instagram I am finding so many great recipes to add additional protein by also treating your sweet tooth with the Ninja Creami! A super simple and fun way of getting nutrients in with still meeting your goals making a frozen treat! The Ninja Creami makes pint sized portions transforming frozen solids into ice cream, milkshakes, sorbets, and more! You can make any kind of Creami using different ingredients and protein powders. Down below is one recipe I will definitely be trying out!!

Strawberry Cheesecake Recipe:

Ingredients

– 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

– 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)

– 1 tbsp. cream cheese

– 1/2 cup frozen strawberries

– crushed graham crackers (mix in/topping)

– fresh strawberries, chopped (mix in-topping)

How to Make

1) Fully blend your base ingredients in a blender prior to pouring into Creami pint

2) Take frozen base out of freezer

3) Run one cycle on Lite Ice Cream

4) Add splash of milk

5) Re-spin

6) Add your toppings to the top & enjoy!

Smart Scale

I myself who weighs in every week for check ins with my coach for body building have thought about grabbing other data from my scale other than just how much I weigh. There are many different options of smart scales that I have found but all of the ones I’ve found offer metrics like body fat percentage, muscle mass, and bone density.

I am one who wears a Fitbit everyday to track my sleep, steps, heart rate, and overall activity. But I’ve seen many elite athletes, doctors, and others who are wearing the whoop and decided to look more into it to see if it would be a better option for myself. It is said to be the best fitness tracker by a wide margin compared to other trackers. The whoop is a wearable technology tracker that is personalized to your goals to monitor your sleep, recovery, and performance. One thing that is very different from wearing a Fitbit, Garmin, or Apple watch is it doesn’t have a screen. This helps with not having to take it off to charge and less distraction. Instead you can find all of your data through their app. The mission of WHOOP is to understand the relationship between physiology and performance, helping people reach their highest potential physically, mentally, and emotionally.
