List your top 5 grocery store items.
I am a Target girly which means whatever I have on my grocery list is not always what I am going to leave with! I sometimes make it a treat and grab a Starbucks drink to sip on while I wonder around every section in Target to find something I absolutely need but it’s hard to resist when Target has everything!
There are a few items though that I always keep stocked in my fridge/pantry/and freezer to make sure I have some sort of a meal or snack to lean onto!
My top 5 groceries I always have on my grocery list is ….
– Greek Yogurt : especially Oiko Greek Yogurt (vanilla flavor)
– Chicken : I am always on the go so having diced chicken in the freezer to pop in the microwave is my go to!
– Jasmine Rice : easy to digest, add in with anything like chicken, steamed veggies, tacos, or several other dishes.
– Rice Cakes : easy, low carb/calorie snack. They come in all different flavors – my favorite flavor being ‘everything bagel seasoning’ or better yet – the salt rice cakes with vanilla flavored almond butter … YUM! Can’t beat it!
– Fruit : I mostly go for strawberries. But it also depends on what season it is as some fruit doesn’t taste as good in the winter time than in the summer! But something sweet and a little sugary! I usually pair my fruit up with my Greek yogurt for a bedtime snack!
